Our smoked turkey is fully cooked and ready to be served at your next holiday meal or gathering. Smoked over natural hardwoods, the old world way, our turkey is moist and bursting with flavor. Thaw and serve, or heat gently. Each turkey is 10 to 12 lbs.

Warming Instructions: Heartland Steaks' Smoked Turkey is fully cooked and ready to be served hot or cold. To defrost your turkey, leave it in the original packaging in your refrigerator for 48 hours.

To heat, preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Remove the turkey from the packaging and place into a roasting pan. Add one cup of water into the bottom of the roasting pan. Loosely cover the turkey with foil and heat at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Turkey is ready when internal temperature (measured using meat thermometer) reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
