In the event your order contains an item that is not in stock, we will contact you and give you an opportunity to substitute. Whenever possible, we will upgrade your order for the out-of-stock item to the next largest size.

Please do not attempt to return any product without first speaking with our customer service department to make the appropriate arrangements.
