Our boneless smoked Ham is made from the finest pork, skillfully trimmed, and ready to eat! All of our hams are cooked slowly and naturally over smoke from selected hardwoods. Our smoked ham contains no artificial smoke flavoring or additives. The result is a ham that is deliciously rich in flavor and quality. Arrives frozen to thaw, then heat and serve. Each ham is 7 to 8 lbs.

Cooking Instructions: Heartland Steaks' Boneless Smoked Ham is fully cooked and ready to be served hot or cold. To defrost your ham, leave it in the original packaging in your refrigerator for 48 hours. To heat, preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Remove the boneless ham from the packaging, place into a roasting pan and cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Ham is ready when internal temperature (measured using meat thermometer) reaches 150 degrees Fahrenheit. If you have a prepared glaze, add glaze and cook uncovered for the last half hour.
