Zesty Certified Angus Beef ? Boneless Strip Steak Recipe - Heart

  • 4- Heartland Steaks Certified Angus Beef® Boneless Strip Steaks
  • 10 garlic gloves
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Mash garlic with salt in a bowl. After this has formed a paste, add the olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, red and black peppers; mix well.

Grill Heartland Steaks over medium-hot flame, Remember to only cook the steaks once on each side and always use tongs or a spatula to flip the steaks, never a fork. Grill steak to the temperature of your liking.

Brush steaks with garlic mixture well during the last few minutes of cooking.

Remove from flame and enjoy!
