Veal Milanaise

  • 2 Veal Loin Chops
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450F. Wrap Veal Chops in wax paper or a place in a food storage bag. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound Veal Chops to 1/2-inch thickness.

Combine melted butter, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in another shallow dish.

Dip Veal Chops in butter mixture, then roll in bread crumb mixture and pat to coat. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet (cooking spray is recommended) and bake for about 12 minutes until the Veal Chops are golden brown and cooked through.
