The Yum Yum Rum Steak

Ingredients

  • Cloves of fresh minced garlic (4)
  • Fresh shrimp (2)
  • Our delicious rib eye steak (1)
  • Rum of your choice
  • Pepper and Salt
  • Fresh spinach (1lb)
  • Fresh nutmeg
  • (You may also add a knob of butter, but that is optional)

Directions

  1. Begin by adding pepper and salt to the steak
  2. Using a fork thoroughly stab the steak with force
  3. Pour a minimum of four caps of rum over steaks (Use as much rum or as little as you’d like)
  4. Turn on grill or you can use a lightly oiled frying pan
  5. When ready place steak into either grill or frying pan and let them be for at least 4 minutes
  6. While steak is cooking sauté only half of the garlic in a pan, and then add the shrimp when you start to notice the smell of the garlic
  7. If it’s used add the knob of butter and remove the shrimp as soon as the bubbling stops
  8. Then flip the steak and in the same pan warm up the olive oil and add the garlic
  9. After garlic smell returns add the salt and spinach
  10. Then over the spinach grate fresh nutmeg
  11. Then put spinach on a plate and add the steak and shrimp
