T-Bone Steak and Mushroom Medley

Ingredients

  • 6 (14 ounces) T-Bone steaks
  • 6 ounces butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 6 ounces heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 ounces each assorted mushrooms
  • 6 ounces brandy
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Generously season each steak with salt and pepper and lightly brush them with mustard.
  2. Using a skillet or a broiler, cook steak 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  3. In a small sauce pan, add butter and mushrooms and sauté for approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and brandy and cook an additional 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Add heavy cream and heat over high heat for an additional 3 minutes.
  6. Serve sauce on side or poured over steaks.
  7. Serve with your favorite sides and vegetables.
