Swiss Cheeseburgers

Ingredients
  • 4 steakburgers from Heartland Steaks
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
  • 4 generous slices of Swiss cheese
  • 4 split toasted buns
Directions
  1. Season patties with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Broil or grill to your preferred doneness.
  3. A few minutes before burgers are taken off the grill, place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each one and top that with 4 or 5 pickle slices.
  4. Serve on toasted buns.
