Stuffed Lemon and Butter Garlic Mahi Mahi

Ingredients

  • 6oz of Spinach
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 oz diced fresh tomato
  • 1 fresh avocado
  • 2 of our 7 oz Mahi Mahi with butter garlic sauce

Ingredients for Lemon Cream Sauce

  • 3 whole lemons peeled and cut in half
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • Directions

    1. Heat pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, and then add garlic, tomatoes, spinach, and 10 pieces of crackers.
    2. Cook properly for two minutes and then set it aside.
    3. Take the Mahi Mahi and stuff with spinach and tomato
    4. Put a small amount of black pepper and salt on the Mahi Mahi and then put in oven at 350 for 20 minutes
    5. Lemon Cream Sauce Directions
    6. Heat the pan at a high heat and add the lemons and white wine
    7. Lower the heat half-way and then salt, white pepper, and heavy cream
    8. Whisk heavy cream consistently and thoroughly when placing it into pan
    9. Simmer for about 4 minutes until boiling has occurred
    10. Cut butter into small square cubes and add it to the plan slowly
    11. Whisk thoroughly until all the butter has melted (Make sure heat is set for low when adding butter)
    12. Quickly remove from and strain into a container

    Final Directions

  • Place Mahi Mahi on a plate
  • Sprinkle the lemon cream sauce on top of the fish
  • Put sliced tomatoes and avocadoes on top of fish and serve
