Steak it out Bacon Biters

USDA Choice Porterhouse Steak

Ingredients

1/2 of or one of our Sirloin steaks
Strips of bacon
Fresh onion flakes
Fresh dash of pepper
Soy sauce (1 tsp)
Fresh dash of thyme
Fresh dash of basil
Fresh dash of sage

Directions

Using a meat tenderizer hammer, tenderize the steak
Cut the steak carefully into strips
Put fresh onion flakes and strips of bacon at the center of each strip of steak
After rolling each individual strip, carefully pin them together with medium round tooth picks
Carefully and thoroughly brown the steaks
Simmer in water until it is done to your liking
