Steak and Lobster Char Grilled

Heartland Steaks Certified Angus Beef Skirt Steaks are very flavorful and tender. Marinating your steaks and letting them sit for while with the wet rub on the steak, they will be even more tender and delicious. Remember to grill Skirt Steak hot and fast and be extra careful to not overcook.

Cut and remove fins from underside of lobster tails. Turn right side up and split back of shell and meat lengthwise, being careful not to cut through bottom of shell.

Using both hands pull split apart until shell snaps open. Holding the wide part of the tail away from you, pull the meat out of the shell towards you almost down to the end. Leave enough attached so meat is still connected to shell. Brush inside of shell with butter and put meat back into shell. Repeat for all 4 tails.

Place steaks and lobster tails on the grill placing the lobster tails top up, brush tails with butter, cook 5 minutes or until starts to look cooked 1/2 way through, turn over, cook 5 minutes or until done. Serve with melted butter. Steaks will cook in te same amount of time.
