Southern Grilled Garlic Porterhouse

Ingredients

  • 4 Porterhouse steaks
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 16 oz. barbeque sauce

Instructions

  1. Rub steaks generously with steak seasoning
  2. Combine Worcestershire sauce, salad dressing, minced garlic, and barbecue sauce
  3. Place steaks in a shallow marinating dish
  4. Pour mixture over top, covering steaks completely with sauce
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
  6. Place steaks on grill over medium heat, searing for at least 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness
  7. Discard remaining sauce
