Sirloin Steak with Buttery Garlic Sauce from Heartland Steaks

Ingredients

  • 4 - 8 oz. Sirloin Steaks
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat with minced garlic and set aside.
  3. Lightly coat both sides of each steak with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear steaks 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
  5. When done, transfer to warmed platter.
  6. Brush tops of steaks liberally with warm garlic butter, and allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

Makes 4 servings
