Rich and Smooth Pork Chops with Chicken Flavoring

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can of chicken broth
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 chopped cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 of our boneless pork chops

Directions

  1. Heat oil on a medium to high heat in a large skillet
  2. Add garlic and onions and sauté until clear
  3. Add pork chops and cook them for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side till brown (Stir often to avoid burning garlic and onions)
  4. Using a separate bowl whisk the broth and soup together
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops
  6. Then stir well to loosen up onions and garlic and to deglaze the skillet
  7. Carefully simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring and turning occasionally until cooked through (Reduce Heat while doing this)
  8. Add salt and pepper for taste and serve
