Rib Eye Greek Style

Ingredients
  • 2 rib eye steaks
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 T. Kalamatra olives, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, dried basil leaves, and dried oregano
  • 1/2tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
  1. Combine the seasonings and pat on each side of the steaks.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick, heavy skillet, over medium heat.
  3. Cook steaks in skillet, turn once. It will take around 10-15 minutes for medium rare.
  4. When steaks are cooked, sprinkle with the lemon juice, feta, and olives.

Serves 2-4
