Onion Crazy Steak Burgers

  • 3 pounds of Heartland Steak's Certified Angus Beef® ground steak
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes (crumbled)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite beer

Directions

Mix all together and shape into 12 patties. Grill over hardwood coals or on a regular grill until your perferred doneness. Be careful, these will go really fast!
