Kicked Up Steak Sauce

Try this delicious spicy steak sauce for your Certified Angus Beef®.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. of good beer
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • garlic cloves, diced

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a medium-size saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Brush on meat and grill. Baste for more flavor.
