Grilled Teriyaki Loin Chops

Ingredients
  • 6 6oz lamb loin chops
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 2 T. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
  1. Trim all the extra fat off of the loin chops and put inside a shallow container.
  2. Combine all other ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well. Pour mixture over the lamb.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours and turn occasionally. Remove lamb from marinade and grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or to
