Grilled Chicken Breasts with Ginger and Soy

  1. Mix together soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and cilantro. Divide mixture into two large freezer bags, putting two chicken breasts in each bag.
  2. Seal bags and marinate for one hour.
  3. Set a large grill pan on two burners over medium-high heat or preheat and outdoor grill.
  4. Put some olive oil onto a paper towel and wipe the ridges of the grill pan or grill grates.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and season with pepper and salt. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side until firm. Serve with sesame flavored noodles.
