Greek Steak Burger

  • 3 pounds Heartland Steak's Certified Angus Beef® Steak Burger Meat
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 each Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 stick (56 g) melted butter
  • 6 slices red onion
  • 6 slices tomato
  • 1 cup (250 ml) crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) prepared olive tapenade

Directions

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper and portion into 8-ounce patties. Grill to desired doneness. Brush rolls with butter, and toast on grill.
  2. To assemble, place an onion and tomato slice on each bun. Add a burger and top with cheese and olive tapenade.

Serves 6.
