Bourbon BBQ glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bourbon whiskey
  • 6 - 8oz close trim Certified Angus Beef Filet Mignon
  • Pinch of salt and desired pepper amount
  • 1/2 cup Dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup White vinegar
  • 1 tbls minced garlic

Directions

Put all ingredients in a medium-size saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Brush on meat and grill. Baste for more flavor.
