Steak Shipping Process
From the moment you check out on HeartlandSteaks.com, we begin processing your order. Each order is handled by one of Heartland Steaks' customer service representatives. Heartland Steaks is dedicated to getting your order to you quickly and correctly.
Every Heartland Steaks order is given to our warehouse as soon as it is placed for the earliest shipment available. Each Heartland Steak is individually hand-cut, aged, and frozen under strict USDA guidelines and then selected for your order. Our steaks, poultry, veal, lamb, and Australian lobster tails are individually weighed to a tenth of an ounce to ensure you get the perfect cut every time.
Heartland Steaks orders are selected from our premium meats and hand packaged in our decorative gift boxes. Each box is securely packaged with dry ice in Styrofoam? coolers and then placed into a corrugated Heartland Steaks shipping container. Please note that each order contains the proper amount of dry ice to keep your order frozen, based on shipping method chosen.
Once your order has been thoroughly inspected, verified, and packaged in our secure shipping boxes, it is shipped via UPS. Heartland Steaks are usually packaged and shipped within 24 hours of the time the order is placed and will arrive according to the shipping method you have chosen.
It is imperative that you verify the address where you would like your Heartland Steaks shipped to. Heartland Steaks deliveries do not require a signature upon receipt and Heartland Steaks will not take returns nor make refunds for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses. Since Heartland Steaks are perishable goods, please have your steaks shipped to a valid, correct address where it can be received and properly stored in a prompt manner. Heartland Steaks can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
