Out of Stock Items:
From time to time, we have items that are not in stock. In the event your order contains an item that is not in stock, we will contact you and give you an opportunity to substitute. Whenever possible, we will upgrade your order for the out-of-stock item to the next largest size.

Heartland Steaks carries the finest in premium steaks, chops, veal, chicken, lamb and lobster. Each steak is hand cut and hand selected for your order and every order is packed by hand to ensure your order is correct every time. If for any reason you are not totally impressed with Heartland Steaks, simply call us at 1-800-365-5502 or email us to make arrangements to make your Heartland Steaks experience a good one.
Returns:

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Heartland Steaks is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. Please double check and verify the shipping address before completing your order. Since Heartland Steaks are perishable, the shipments cannot be re-routed or returned. Please include your correct phone number on your order form so Heartland Steaks may contact you if needed to expedite your order.
