Login to your Heartland Steaks account, add your selected items into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. If you do not have a Heartland Steaks account, you can either create an account for yourself for future shopping, or you can use the quick checkout feature. Can I place an order on the phone?

No. There are two ways to pay for your order from Heartland Steaks. You can either enter your credit card number on the website or you can submit your order and choose to phone in your credit card. Absolutely. Simply select the items you would like to order and continue through the checkout. When you get to the payment screen, type in the date you would like your items to be delivered. What if I want to send different items to different addresses?
Put all of the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Once there you will be given the option to add/change address. Add the address(es) of your recipients and then select "Ship to Multiple Recipients" next to each item there is a drop down box with the recipients name. Select where you would like the package to go, how soon you need it there and we will take care of the rest. Can I designate a ship date for a multiple address shipment?
Yes. Follow the same procedure for selecting which items to go which addresses and then in the message box displayed in the payment step, enter in shipping instructions for each of your items. Are there any special instructions for Holiday Delivery?
During the busy winter holidays there are ordering deadlines for timely delivery. As long as you place your order before the specified order by date, your package will arrive at its destination on its scheduled date. No. Unfortunately US FDA regulations do not allow meat products to be shipped outside of the United States. Your Order I have not received my order within the designated shipping time.

All of our packages are send via UPS from our Headquarters to anywhere in the US including Alaska and Hawaii. How will my Heartland Steaks stay cold during shipment?
Since most our products are perishable we must ensure that they reach their destination in a timely manner. We pack your order in dry ice and insulated coolers and box the coolers in corrugated boxes to keep them frozen and secure from our location to your doorstep. How do you charge for shipping?

Since most our products are perishable we must ensure that they reach their destination in a timely manner. If you were to choose regular ground for shipments to AK or HI, the shipment time may take too long for your goods to arrive fresh. Do I have to be home to sign for my delivery?
No, UPS will leave your delivery at your door. There is no need to sign. Since our products are perishable, it is a good idea to make sure someone will be there within hours of the delivery so your items can be properly stored. How can I track my delivery?

We only sell cold water West Australian Lobster Tails. Coldwater Australian rock lobsters have a sweet, more preferred flavor than tropical rock lobsters. Are your steaks wet or dry aged?
Our steaks are wet aged to enhance the meat and produce the best quality meat available. Are your meats hand cut?
